General Provisions

577bd (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an online gaming and betting service provider that offers an entertaining gaming experience for Bangladeshi users. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between 577bd and the user ("you" or "Member").

By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any service, you agree to all provisions of these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each user may open only one account at 577bd. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If evidence is found of multiple accounts being operated from the same device, IP address, or payment method, all associated accounts may be closed.

3.2 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of account registration. The following information may be required:

• Full name (as per national ID card)
• Active mobile number
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay)

3.3 Identity Verification

577bd may request documents for identity verification (KYC) at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. This process is conducted for the security of your account.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Allowing any other person to use your account is prohibited.

• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the 577bd support team immediately.
• 577bd will never ask for your password via phone, email, or chat.
• 577bd will not be held responsible for account losses caused by third parties.
• Use a strong, unique password and change it regularly.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods are currently accepted for depositing funds at 577bd: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

• The balance will be added to your account once the deposit transaction is completed.
• For mobile banking methods, deposits must be made only from an account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following rules apply to withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• In cases of suspicious activity, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended for review.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

5.3 Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails due to a technical error or any other reason, notify our support team immediately. 577bd will investigate the matter promptly and resolve it.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,200 in bonus → total balance ৳2,200.
• Deposit ৳18,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 → total balance ৳28,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not deposit + bonus). For example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

6.3 Other Promotions

577bd may offer various promotions from time to time. Each promotion will have its own terms and conditions, which will apply in addition to these general terms. Under the VIP program, weekly cashback benefits are available across five tiers ranging from Bronze to Diamond.

Gaming Rules

7.1 General Gaming Policy

All games on 577bd are operated following fair play principles. The outcome of each game is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures impartiality.

7.2 Betting Limits

• Conducting transactions using third-party accounts.

577bd's total liability under any circumstances will be limited to the amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to the relevant incident.

Changes to Terms
